We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not process special-category data through this site.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

- To deliver work we are engaged on — lawful basis: contract.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To keep our website secure and working — lawful basis: legitimate interests.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our email and hosting providers — currently Microsoft 365 and Railway/Hostinger). They process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers (accountants, solicitors, insurers) where required.
- Regulators, courts or law enforcement where we are required by law.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making with legal effects.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: typically up to 24 months.
- Client files and correspondence: retained for the period required by professional, tax and legal rules (typically 6 years from the end of the engagement).
- Server logs: typically up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.

To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@intel-land.com.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data-protection law (for example, the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision).

9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we do.
